Purpose of the role:

We are looking for exceptional telephone sales people who ideally have a firm grasp of technology.

You'll be expected to generate your own leads as well as process inbound leads.

Job description:

The following is a set of statements that explain the complete range of this role. You may be requested to perform other tasks from time to time, but these will be discussed between you and your manager first, and you will have the opportunity to reject any of these tasks:

  • Achieve Key Performance Indicator targets that are agreed and set
  • Achieve New Business revenue sales targets that are set and agreed
  • Generate and call your own prospects in addition to those provided by marketing to help develop a pipeline of opportunities
  • To give online e-marketing product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • In support of above plan and prioritise personal sales activities towards achieving agreed targets especially managing personal time and productivity
  • To use internal systems to manage activities and update relevant information.
  • To at all times maintain high levels of professionalism
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
  • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
  • Attend external events and customer meetings when required
